There’s so much that we can do to lower the risk of developing cancer and I’d like to share with you the top 12 “cancer cure” essentials.
As the proverb states, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” .
And once a cancer diagnosis is given, I personally believe that it is possible to eliminate the risks and thoroughly improve the chances of recovery. It is best to start doing these proactively, right after reading through this article.
Here are the many natural cancer cures that you can use to minimise or completely remove cancer risks:
Remove from diet: Processed foods, sugar, and grains
Foods high in sugar (especially refined sugar) cause a rapid increase in insulin level. Sugar fuels cancer cells and promotes their growth, just as in a PET scan. All sugars can potentially fuel cellular growth, including fructose. A good rule of thumb is to only get sugar from wholefood vegetables, seeds and limit fruit to 2 serves a day in their whole state.
Reduce: Animal Protein and fat
Try one gram less per kilogram of lean body weight. Most adults don’t need more than 100 grams of protein. It should be closer to 50 grams. Consider high-quality fats coming from avocados, coconut oil, high-quality meats, and organic eggs.
Avoid GMOs, or genetically engineered foods

Avoid Fried and Processed Foods
At least one-third of the daily diet should be either raw, boiled, poached, or steamed. Consider adding to your daily consumption whole foods, herbs, spices, and supplements that are known to fight cancer.

Get Adequate Sleep
Poor sleep interferes with the body’s melatonin production, which is associated with increased risk of insulin resistance, and weight gain, which both contribute to cancer’s strength.
Stay away from Environmental Chemicals
Reduce exposure to toxins such as pesticides, herbicides, household chemical cleaning agents, synthetic air fresheners, and toxic cosmetics. These are found in non-organic foods, drinking water (without filtration), make-ups and household cleaning products.
Stress is a major contributor to any disease. Growing evidence suggests that around 85% of disease is driven by stress overdrive and stress hormones. It is important that this is addressed whenever possible. Some say a simple cancer cure would involve simply removing stress!
